Liverpool have been tipped to move for Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka should Mohamed Salah leave the club in the future, as contract talks with the Egyptian continue to stall.
Salah will have just one year left on his deal at Anfield this summer and remains a huge part of the Reds side. But the club are unwilling to break their wage structure to accommodate the player's demands, leading to a stalemate in contract talks.
It could lead to the player leaving Merseyside as early as this summer, with the club unlikely to be happy to let him walk away for free at the end of next season. Attentions have therefore turned to who could eventually replace the 29-year-old.
