Liverpool star Curtis Jones has trained with Everton forward Anthony Gordon before pre-season starts on Monday, July 4.
The pair are out in Los Angeles ahead of preparations for the 2022/23 campaign. Their trainer Darrius Marcellin shared a post on Instagram of them both with the caption "early work."
Jones has been putting in the hard yards while on holiday in the United States. Last week, he joined a session with Los Angeles based Tiki Taka Soccer League.

Last season, the 21-year-old made 27 appearances in all competitions and scored one goal with four assists. His strike came against Brentford in the Premier League back in September last year.
Next season, he'll hope to have a more prominent role as the club have reportedly opted against signing a midfielder this summer with all eyes on 2023. Since his promotion to the first team in 2020, he's racked up over 70 appearances.
Gordon enjoyed a breakthrough campaign at Everton and was a standout performer in what was a disappointing season for the Blues. The 21-year-old contributed four goals and two assists in his 35 league appearances last term.
The Toffees youngster is attracting interest from Tottenham Hotspur in the transfer market, although Everton are keen to keep hold of the academy product.
