Liverpool is set for a bright and sunny Easter weekend, with temperatures to be higher than parts of Greece.
Merseyside will experience warmth of up to 16C, according to BBC forecasters, with the likes of Kastoria in Southern Greece will only reach 10C. The Met Office has also reported that most of the country will experience a rain free Good Friday today.
David Oliver, a Met Office deputy chief forecaster, said: "Similar conditions are likely for much of the UK on Easter Saturday, but during the second half of the Easter weekend the Atlantic will increasingly exert its influence."

Forecasters predict that the region will have clear skies, meaning temperatures will continue to rise until Easter Sunday, on April 9. However cloud is set to creep in on the Sunday, despite it warming up.
The BBC outlook for Sunday to Tuesday reads: "Largely cloudy on Sunday with a few brighter spells in the morning. Windy with more in the way of cloud in the afternoon with rain moving in during the evening and overnight.
"Monday will be breezy with a mix of sunny spells, variable cloud and blustery showers. Tuesday will be dry and bright at first. Turning cloudy later on with heavy rain and strong winds in the evening."
