Liverpool are on the verge of unveiling Arne Slot as their new manager this week. The Merseyside club has finalized a £9.4 million ($11.8m) compensation deal with Feyenoord for the 45-year-old Dutch coach.

Jürgen Klopp bid farewell to Anfield after an illustrious 8 1/2 year tenure, signing off with a 2-0 victory over Wolves to secure a third-place finish in his final season at Liverpool. During his emotional goodbye speech, Klopp led the fans in a chant for Slot, urging them to support the new manager wholeheartedly.
