Jamie Webster will take to the stage at Glastonbury Festival this year.
The singer-songwriter joins the line-up alongside another Liverpool icon, former-Beatle Paul McCartney, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and more. Announcing the news, the 28-year-old year old said playing at Worthy Farm will be a "bucket list" moment.
Liverpool-fan Jamie, who rose to fame after his version of Allez Allez Allex went viral, will play at Left Field stage at 7.30pm on the Friday, night of the festival. He was invited by musician Billy Bragg, 64, who has co-curated the activist stage for many years.

Taking to Twitter to speak about the news, Jamie Webster posted a video message announcing the news, alongside the caption: "Can't believe I'm saying this - but I'm playing Glastonbury. It's a dream come true for me, Glasto is my favourite place in the world and I've been there many times as a fan."
In the video, Jamie said: "I'm just about to announce the best bit of news that I've ever been able to announce in my life. Glasto. Billy Bragg's phoned up and he's asked me to get on the Left Field stage on the Friday night, right before his set, that's obviously an iconic set and part of Glastonbury every year.
"To be on right before him, in Glasto, it's one of my favourite places in the world...honest to god, thank you very much Billy Bragg, thank you very much Glastonbury, thank you very much to all you people who've supported me up to this point so that I'm in contention to get slots like this. It's a bucket list for me. I'm buzzing. I'm going anyway as a fan so I'll see you all there."
When revealing the line-up, Billy Bragg said: "So much has happened in the three years since we last gathered under the Left Field big top and in this, our 20th Year of Pop and Politics, we’ve pulled together an amazing roster of activists and artists determined to make sense of it all. Whether it’s radical perspectives or great music you want, come down to Left Field to recharge your activism in these challenging times."
