Sometimes it’s nice to splash out and treat yourself on Christmas Day, and what’s better than tucking into some delicious festive food? Here are some of the Liverpool restaurants dishing up Christmas dinners this year:
Maray
Bold Street, Allerton Road, Dockside
With venues on Bold Street, Allerton Road and Dockside, Maray’s festive party menu has everything from crispy fried chicken to pigs in blankets. The menu is available across all sites from November 14 to December 30.
The menu is priced at £28 per person, or £33 if you fancy a dessert. You can opt for a Christmas mezze dish for the table to share as well as taking your pick from an array of small plates.
Crispy sprouts might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but Maray somehow makes it sound incredibly appetising. Maray's Christmas menu is available for groups of four and above, with private dining spaces also available for large parties. You can book online here.
Gusto Italian Liverpool

Gusto has an array of delicious new dishes and festive tipples on offer to make the festive season extra special. Diners can take their pick of the delicious dishes on the restaurant's festive lunch, festive evening and New Year's Eve menus.
For Christmas lunch, it’ll cost £26.95 for three courses with some delicious dishes such as smoked salmon and dill mascarpone to start and a roast turkey dinner for a main. The dessert menu consists of Christmas pudding, Biscoff cheescake, sorbet and warm chocolate brownie.
The festive evening dinner menu includes three courses for £34.95. You can enjoy starters such as roasted red pepper soup or slow-cooked meatballs and choose from mains including roast turkey, slow cooked beef and pan-fried salmon fillet.

Bundobust

Popular restaurant Bundobust specialises in beer and Gujarati vegetarian and vegan street food, and this year, they've got some new festive items on the Christmas menu. Visitors can enjoy a new festive gingerbread beer, as well as a sprout bhaji butty which raises cash for local charities.
Festive specials include the return of the sprout bhajis, the sprout bhaji burger and new additions to the Festive Daal including biriyani balls and gingerbread beer. Each item will be available from Monday November 21 and all 4 Bundobust sites.

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse at Hotel Indigo

Marco Pierre White’s delicious steakhouse menu is available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Prices range from £90 for adults on Christmas Day to £45 for children aged 11 and under.
The price includes three courses, complimentary canapes and a glass of fizz - because why not, it’s Christmas. Starters range from game scotch egg to classic prawn cocktail, with the main courses including roast free-range turkey, beef wellington and pan roast pheasant.

You can’t beat a classy meal on Christmas, and Browns Brasserie & Bar has a delicious menu filled with festive specials. The restaurant will be serving up its special Christmas menu throughout December and will be open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.
Browns is offering bespoke menus with something for everyone ranging from five course feasts to buffets and canapes. There is also a gluten free Christmas menu too. The three course Christmas Day menu is priced at £90 per person.

Described as Liverpool’s ‘highest fine dining restaurant’ Panoramic 34 offers stunning views of the city with incredible food to match. That’s why it’s the perfect place to visit on Christmas as an extra special treat, and even better if it’s snowing.
Its December menus include lunch, prix fixe and tasting menus for the ultimate classy experience. You can also enjoy a signature afternoon tea. Although menus are subject to change, two courses cost £55 and three courses are currently priced at £69.
Starters include poached salmon, pan fried king scallop and ham hock terrine. Take your pick from main courses such as pan fried cod, turkey breast and Hereford beef fillet.

For those who really want to dine in style this Christmas, The Art School & Restaurant has an incredible festive prixe fixe menu. On arrival, start off with Amuse bouche served with Art School breads and kombu and oak smoked raw butter to prepare you for your starter. Starters include pan-seared breast of Northop wood pigeon and twice-baked souffle of natural smoked haddock.
