Liverpool are reported to be once again showing an interest in signing PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
The Reds were linked with the 24-year-old earlier in the summer as one of many potential new midfielders who could have joined the club. Manchester United were also said to be chasing the the Ivory Coast international.
Now, according to a report in Italy, Liverpool are back in the race. Calciomercato claim that the Reds are keeping an eye on Sangare, but are not alone with other clubs mentioned. West Ham United are also being credited with an interest, as are reigning Serie A champions AC Milan.

Sangare was heavily linked with a move away from PSV during the summer, but put those rumours to bed by signing a new contract. It’s thought that his new deal runs until the summer of 2027.
Despite this, the report from Italy says that the likes of Liverpool are still interested in signing the 24-year-old, who is valued at £21.6m by transfermarkt. It does not say, though, whether this interest will be for January or next summer.
The Reds waited until transfer deadline day to bring in a new midfielder this summer, although it was only a loan deal. Arthur Melo arrived from Juventus, with his only appearance so far coming as a late cameo in the 4-1 defeat at Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
