Liverpool take on Premier League leaders Arsenal this weekend in a highly-anticipated match at Anfield.
The Reds have struggled in recent times, losing three of their last four outings across all competitions, although they boast a solid record against the Gunners, who haven't won a league match at Anfield in 11 years. According to The Athletic, Jurgen Klopp's side will welcome back central defender Virgil van Dijk and midfielder Thiago Alcantara for Sunday's match.
Van Dijk was absent from their midweek clash against Chelsea due to illness whilst Thiago missed two months of actions with a hip problem and they will both be back in contention to start against Mikel Arteta's men come the weekend. However, it is claimed that winger Luis Diaz is unlikely to feature having recently returned to training following a six-month spell on the treatment table.

“Virgil, completely normal, he was back in training,” Klopp said when discussing the fitness status' of his players. “Luis and Thiago training completely normal too.
"The plan with Luis is that he will be available 100 per cent for Leeds (on April 17). Again, it looks good, everything is fine, but it was a long, long injury and so we have to be careful.
"We will probably not involve him for Sunday. Thiago looks slightly different. He was not out that long, trained now three or four times with the team and he might be available.
"But we have to check how he feels.”
