Liverpool have moved to within just one point of Premier League leaders Manchester City after a 2-0 win against Arsenal at the Emirates thanks to second-half goals from Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino.

Manchester City dropped points in a goalless draw away at Crystal Palace on Monday night and Liverpool knew they could close the gap at the top of the Premier League with a win in North London on Wednesday night.

The Reds and City have now played the same number of games in the Premier League and, with just one point separating the two teams, the league is up for grabs for both sides.
