After a conveyor belt of high-pressure fixtures, yet another is growing larger on the horizon for Jurgen Klopp and his history-chasing Liverpool team.
With spots in the FA Cup and Champions League finals secured, attention will now turn to the Premier League, where the Reds still trail Manchester City by one point with four games remaining. However, victory against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday would be enough to put Liverpool temporarily top.
Given the manner of City's collapse in the Champions League on Wednesday, that pressure may be enough to make them wilt a little on Sunday when they welcome Newcastle United.

Klopp names final "favourites"
Klopp believes Real Madrid are "massive favourites" to win the Champions League final after their remarkable comeback against City.
The Spanish giants were heading out before goals in the 90th and 91st minute from Rodrygo took the tie to extra time. Karim Benzema then won it for Madrid, as they added City to the list of teams conquered in Europe this season along with Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.
Speaking about the final, Klopp suggest the calibre of opponent that Los Blancos had to overcome to get to Paris gives them the edge, that despite the bookmakers making Liverpool favourites for the game.
"It was strange and unlucky for City, but what Madrid did was outstanding. They’ve got through against PSG, Chelsea and City. We said it before about Villarreal, if you knock out Juventus and Bayern you deserve to be in the semi-final and if you knock out those three guys then you definitely deserve to be in the final.
"They are now the massive favourites, all the experience they have and all these kinds of things. We are more experienced than we were, but that’s not to compare, a lot of players are still in for them and for us, which is a good sign. It will be great!"

Open letter sent to UEFA
Liverpool supporter group Spirit of Shankly have penned an open letter to UEFA, in which they encourage European football's governing body to amend the ticket allocation and pricing structure for the Champions League final.
Liverpool have received an allocation of 20,000 tickets for the fixture, despite the Stade de France's 80,000 capacity. In the letter, it's also noted the prices for the tickets range from €70 to €690, with the majority of tickets costing €180 in the third tier.
"For our fans, it’s another European final jaunt, the climax of the season, the hope of winning again," read part of the letter. "For some fans anyway. For thousands there will be no trip to Paris because there will be a shortage of tickets. Again.
"...In total, loyal supporters will make up just over 52 percent of the capacity crowd."

Salah clarifies Liverpool role
Liverpool's Mohamed Salah has said he sees himself as a winger rather than a striker, regardless of his imperious goalscoring record.
Since Salah's arrival, he has typically played high on the right-hand side as part of an advanced trio. From that position he can press opponents and also has the freedom to dart inside into dangerous positions.
Speaking at the Football Writers' Player of the Year award, the Liverpool sensation said he does not see himself as a striker.
"I’m not a striker because I play as a winger," he said. "I don’t play No 9, I play on the wing. It’s completely different when you play as a winger. People count me as a striker, but they shouldn’t because I don’t play as a striker. In our last game, [Diogo] Jota was our striker and we have [Sadio] Mane as a No 9. I’ve never been a No 9."
