Former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has criticised Cristiano Ronaldo's decision to ignore Jamie Carragher on Monday evening.
Ahead of the meeting between Manchester United and Jurgen Klopp's side, the United forward took a moment to greet his former teammates, Gary Neville and Roy Keane, as the players were put their paces pre-match.
The Portugal international blanked Carragher during this exchange, much to the amusement of his Sky Sports colleagues who were stood either side of him pitchside as Ronaldo chose not to acknowledge his presence.

Making light of the situation on social media following the match, Carragher tweeted: "I get a custard pie for getting it right on Ronaldo from day one! The custard pie for him from ETH [Erik ten Hag] shows the manager thinks the same!! Maybe the ex-Man United legends (sycophants!) will now agree with me."
But Enrique, who played with the Bootle-born defender during his spell at Anfield, has offered his view on the incident and believes Ronaldo was out of order in his actions.
"The disrespect here from Cristiano Ronaldo to Carra isn't right," the Spaniard wrote on Instagram Stories. "Keane and Gary have been killing him on Sky Sports as well, so I'm sure it's not because of that.
"Someone that played football for that long and made so many appearances for Liverpool, at least you could say 'hi' out of respect. Another thing why I will never like Cristiano Ronaldo and when football finishes, let's see who he will have been around like this."
Ronaldo was not selected to start against Liverpool by manager Erik ten Hag, though was deployed late on in the game as a substitute. His future at Old Trafford remains uncertain.
