A new asking price has been given to the birthplace of both Liverpool and Everton football clubs as attempts continue to secure a sale.
The Sandon Complex is up for sale with a £3m price tag, almost £1m lower than this time last year, according to a Rightmove listing.
The venue has served the local community under various ownership since the 1870s and was originally marketed for for more than £3.7m in November 2021.
