Liverpool fan, 6, given a year to live meets hero Mohamed Salah in Anfield dream come true

A young LFC fan given just months to live had his dream come true as he met his football heroes.

Six-year-old Jayden Lamerton has been given just 12 months to live after his teachers noticed a worrying change to his eye. When his eye "suddenly turned inwards", Jayden was soon diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour.

On January 5, the young boy was told he had diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma [DIPG] and the prognosis is nine months to one year. His family have since been creating memories they can cherish and making his dreams come true.
