Popular arcade-themed bar NQ64 will be hosting a series of themed events this Halloween weekend.
The Nightmare on Colquitt Street party will be taking place from Friday, October 28 to Monday, October 31. The spooky weekend will be filled with drinks inspired by Netflix's Stranger Things, retro games and prizes for best costumes courtesy of Beavertown.
The free event will be held in the Colquitt Street-based bar, with student and industry discounts available all weekend. Some of the themed drinks on offer at the party include two cocktails inspired by Stranger Things.

'Corroded Coffin' is a mixture of Jack Daniel's Honey, apple, lemon and pimento dram, whilst 'Vecna's Twist' contains Jack Daniel's Apple, blackberry, ginger and lemon. In addition to NQ64's Halloween-inspired beverages, the bar will also be serving cocktails from its brand-new retro game-inspired menu, which was launched earlier this month.
The seven new additions include the bar's very first non-alcoholic cocktails, in a menu full of fun and nostalgic vibes. The drinks were created and developed by NQ64 bar tenders from across the chain's venues.
James Taylor, NQ64's drinks development and training manager, said: "At NQ64 we are always looking for inspiration when it comes to our venues, whether this is through finding new arcade games or developing our bar venues. With drinks being such a huge part of the NQ64 experience, we always like to keep the menu fun and fresh by adding exciting twists to game-inspired cocktails."
