Liverpool youngster Luke Chambers has signed a new deal with the club he has been with since the age of six.
The 18-year-old has spent the second half of the season in the Scottish Premiership with strugglers Kilmarnock where he has made 11 appearances since January. He has also featured as part of the pre-season tour with Jurgen Klopp's side and has been named in the matchday squad twice in his professional career.
Chambers was a part of Ian Foster's England U19s squad that scored European Championships glory last summer as they beat Israel 3-1 in the final. The full-back was alongside fellow Reds prospect Jarrell Quansah for the triumph in Slovakia.

The extension comes amid claims from Scotland that Championship side Watford were monitoring the full-back's progress with the Ayrshire side. In April, the Daily Record's Scott Burns wrote that Hornets technical director Ben Manga had travelled to watch Chambers against Celtic.
During his time north of the border, he has come in for praise from Killie manager Derek McInnes. The former Aberdeen boss said: "It was a great debut for Luke Chambers.
"He played a part in the goal, he picked out the pass, he was quality in possession. He was making his senior debut at 18, there was a lot of nerves, but the level of performance was very mature.
“36 years ago I made my first senior debut and I certainly didn’t play as good as him! He was outstanding. He looks about 13 but he plays like a 30-year-old.
"He’s so mature, he’s so calm with his defending, his decision making on the ball was very good, his choice of passes, his choice of crosses, none more so than for Danny’s goal and he’s fitted in brilliantly."
Chambers' loan at Rugby Park is set to expire at the end of the season but in the meantime, the England youth international will be hoping to lead McInnes side out of the danger zone.
Kilmarnock sit above Ross County, who sit at the foot of the table, but they remain threatened with relegation from the top-flight in Scotland sitting in the relegation qualification position on goal difference with Dundee United.
