Ukraine finds 'mass grave' in recaptured city of Izyum

EU chief Ursula von der Leyen said in an interview Thursday she wants Russian President Vladimir Putin to face the International Criminal Court over war crimes in Ukraine. Volunteer medic Yuliia Paievska, who was captured by Russia in Mariupol, told US lawmakers Thursday how Russians routinely tortured her and others.
