The Green Bay Packers (2-1) are on the road to play the Los Angeles Rams (1-3) in the franchise’s first-ever game at SoFi Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Packers haven’t played the Rams in Los Angeles since 2018. They won the last four meetings overall, all at Lambeau Field.

Updates, highlights
Alexander inactive again: The Packers will be without cornerback Jaire Alexander for the second consecutive week. Alexander is inactive while dealing with a groin injury. The Packers also made receiver Christian Watson, defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt and offensive lineman Jordan Morgan inactive.
Love to Reed, Jacobs touchdown: The Packers took the lead on a 96-yard scoring drive. The big play was a 53-yarder from Jordan Love to Jayden Reed. One play later, Josh Jacobs was in the end zone. 7-0 Packers.

Disaster for Love: After the Rams tied the game at 7-7, Jordan Love made a huge error while being pressured in the end zone. His desperation throw while going to the ground was intercepted and returned for a touchdown. Just like that, the Packers now trail, 13-7.
Packers trim lead: A wild end to the first half finished with Brayden Narveson connecting on a 46-yard field goal as time expired in the second quarter. The three points trimmed the Rams’ lead to 13-10. Narveson really needed a good moment, and he got one — even after the Rams froze him with a timeout. Matt LaFleur said the first half was “sloppy,” which is probably an understatement.
Takeaway and explosive play: With the Rams driving to start the second half, Kingsley Enagbare punched the ball out of Kyren Williams’ hands and cause a fumble. Two plays later, Jordan Love hit Tucker Kraft for a 66-yard touchdown. Takeaways, explosive plays…that’s the 2024 Packers way.

Brooks sack: Karl Brooks has made two huge plays in the second half. His pressure helped force Xavier McKinney’s interception, and his sack on the Rams’ first drive of the fourth quarter ended it on third down.

Rams pull with five: A big swing. The Packers had an 8-minute drive that ended with a punt, and the Rams drove the field for a touchdown. The Packers stopped the two-point conversion attempt, but the Rams are now within one score with three and a half minutes to go. The Packers need the offense to go win the game.
Edgerrin Cooper finishes it: The Rams marched into Packers territory, but a blitz and pressure from rookie Edgerrin Cooper on 4th-and-3 helped force an incomplete pass and a game-saving turnover on downs. The Packers are 3-2. Sloppy performance overall, but a win is a win.
