Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals are now LIVE, but we don't think they'll last for long. We've already seen sold-out deals at Currys, Sephora and eBay, including an outstanding half-price deal on a refurbished model.
But the good news is, you can still find amazing Black Friday beauty deals on the Dyson Airwrap when you shop an £80 saving at John Lewis, as well as the Dyson UK site itself.
The woman&home team is devoted to the Airwrap; a sellout beauty tool that can take any hair type (trust us, we've all tried it) and give you a sleek, blown-out finish. But if you're struggling to find a Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deal, it's likely because retailers can't keep up with demand. That's why we'll be here all through Black Friday to bring you news of new deals, as well as in-stock options for the current top saving: an £80 discount on the Blue Blush colourway of the Complete model.
Dyson Airwrap Black Friday: today's sales
We've been checking all day, and while deals are no longer available at Sephora, eBay and Currys, these retailers still have stock available on this year's Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals.
- Argos: £50 off the Origin, with good stock levels
- Boots: 1p cheaper than Argos' £80 saving
- Dyson: £80 off, with stock selling out fast
- John Lewis: £80 off on the Complete Long
Today's best Dyson Airwrap deals
There are also plenty of deals on brand-new Airwraps, and while we're seeing the £80 off offer cropping up at a number of retailers, there are also savings of £50 on other stylers that we recommend taking a look at.
Note: the below deals are all on the exact same product, so it's up to you which retailer you go for.
If you want to spend even less, take a look at this £50 saving which knocks the Airwrap Origin down to just £350 at Argos.
Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals are a rare (and beautiful) thing. If you're looking for a Christmas Gift that's guaranteed to get you in someone's good books this year, look no further than these savings.
Hi, I'm Millie Fender, Head of Shopping at Woman&Home, and I'm bringing you all our top Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals live today.
I'll be honest and say I'm not thrilled to post a picture of my half-straightened hair on the internet, but it's a great way to show how effective the Airwrap can be when used on naturally curly, frizzy hair. I tend to use the Smoothing Brush to eliminate frizz when my hair is half-dried, and sometimes switch to the round brush to get a nice bit of movement back into my finished look. And do I wish I'd been able to get £80 off when I bought my Airwrap Complete Long? Yes, yes I do.
Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler and Dryer: was £479.99 now £399.99 at Very
Another great saving on the Dyson Airwrap multi-styler Complete Long, in special edition Blue Blush. It's the exact same deal that we've seen with Curry's, John Lewis and other major retailers, but this discount from Very has good stock levels if you're struggling to see availability near you with Argos.
So, what's the deal with Blue and Blush? All of the top deals we're seeing right now are on the limited-edition colourway, which is also available in the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer and the Corrale Straighteners.
Well, the discount may have something to do with Dyson's new limited-edition colourway, the Ceramic Pop. I've been to the Dyson HQ and seen their colour engineering IRL, and you really have to see the vibrancy of these products to believe it. You can see the Blush Blue on the left-hand side above, and the new Ceramic Pop on the right. So maybe this Blush Blue discount is making way for a new, Spring-Summer colourway.
There are two models of the Airwrap currently available to buy: the Origin Multi Styler and Dryer (£50 off at Argos) and the Complete Long Multi Styler and Dryer (£80 off at Very). Although the two are similar, there are some very key differences - and a difference in price point.
The Origin is the more 'basic' of the two; it comes with three different attachments designed to curl, wave, smooth, and dry the hair. These attachments are one curling barrel, round brush, and standard dryer/smoother. For many, these are the most important Airwrap attachments, so this version of the Airwrap is more than adequate.
The Complete, however, comes with six different attachments: two curling barrels (one thicker and one thinner), the dryer, two smoothing brushes, and a round brush. If you're someone who has particularly tricky to manage hair, this will probably be the one you'll want to go for. We love the two different smoothing brushes for a wet-to-straight style.
While nobody's keen to beat the £50 saving on the Airwrap Origin, we're seeing some promising price matching from other major retailers. This time, it's John Lewis.
Deals aplenty at QVC
I've spotted some promising savings across Dyson's entire hair line at QVC. They're akin to what we've seen at other retailers, but you can also save on a great Dyson hair dryer Black Friday deal, and take your pick of two colours when you shop.

Hi! I’m Hannah, the UK Shopping Writer at Woman&Home, and I’ll be taking over reporting on the best Dyson Airwrap deals live as they come in.
My natural hair is medium-thick and curly, and after several years of over-straightening when I was a teen along with numerous at-home dye jobs (some successful, some not), my strands have a fair bit of damage. It doesn’t help that my natural hair is ridiculously dry, something that’s common with curly and wavy hair types due to the scalp’s natural oils struggling to reach down the hair shaft and to the ends.
All of this is to say that I’m generally wary of heat-styling my hair these days, with the exception of my diffuser. But the Airwrap is unique in its use of innovative Coanda airflow, which protects your locks rather than breaking down the bonds in the hair with extreme heat. While my hair has no problem holding a curl, I also love using the round brushes and barrels on the Airwrap for a sleeker, more bouncy blow-out look than my frizz-prone natural hair can achieve alone.
Key things to know before buying an Airwrap
An Airwrap is definitely an investment piece, so you'll want to know everything about the tool before splurging. After owning the tool for several years, our beauty writer has divulged 5 things to know before buying a Dyson Airwrap.
One of the most important things to know is that if you want extremely fast results, you won't really get that from the Airwrap. You have to be willing to put in a little bit of extra time by preparing your hair properly if you want the tool to perform at its best, as the key is all in the prep.
It's also important to accept that not every attachment will work for every hair type. If you're debating between the two different models, consider how you most frequently style your hair. If you have quite straight hair that you like to add curl or volume to, the Origin will probably suit you just fine. If you want to be able to go from wet to straight, you'll want the Complete in your arsenal.
If you're looking at multiple hair tool deals this Black Friday, we would warn you that the Airwrap will very quickly replace all other tools in your collection. It might seem like a good idea to buy several cheaper tools, but you're likely to find that investing in the Airwrap will be a much more worthwhile purchase in the long run.
While Dyson hasn't one-upped the price drop of the Complete Long, it is matched on the official website, down from £479.99 to £399.99. But Dyson also offer the matching Blue Blush presentation case, as well as a complimentary wide-tooth comb and a handy travel bag.
Will the deals be better tomorrow?
It’s (literally) my job to stay on top of all the best deals out there, so I have some experience in Black Friday sales and when the right time to buy is. In my experience of covering the sales event, the deals on Black Friday itself are often the best. While we are seeing some impressive discounts today, I would expect to see the same sorts of savings (and hopefully, some that are a little better) tomorrow.
Wondering is Cyber Monday worth it? There’s a good chance that Dyson and other stockists which sell the Dyson Airwrap will be offering some deals on Monday 27th, which is the Monday after Black Friday this year. However, it’s unlikely that the deals will be ‘better’ so to speak: what’s more likely is that while price reductions stay around the same amount, the actual stock will vary, so we might see the Origin on sale for more than the Complete Long, for example. In general it’s not always worth waiting until Cyber Monday to get the best deal on this hair tool, as you might miss out on the chance to nab a great discount while stock is limited (and the deal won’t last forever!)
Shark vs Dyson - which one should you buy?
While the Shark Flexstyle is a fair bit cheaper than the Airwrap, it doesn’t boast the same innovative heat-damage-defying technology, so you may find that with prolonged use your hair would thank you more for using the Airwrap. Having said that, if you have textured hair and you will be more likely to use a diffuser for styling curly hairstyles, we’d recommend the Shark due to its diffuser attachment, which the Airwrap does not have.
When it comes to Shark Flexstyle vs Dyson Airwrap, Senior Writer Amelia personally prefers the Airwrap for creating bouncy, sleek and loose styles, as it is a little more gentle on her hair than her Shark Flexstyle, which has a more powerful airflow and is therefore better for those with very thick hair (that needs a lot of work to dry and style it).
Both hair tools are some of our favourites, though: they work for various hair types and make salon-ready styles super easy to recreate at home. The price point is another thing to consider, so if you’ve always wanted an Airwrap but it’s a little out of your budget usually, these deals will probably catch your eye!
Sephora is price-matching most other stockists and their Airwrap deals, and apparently there's not a lot of stock left - so if you want to snap up this Sephora deal, we recommend shopping ASAP. With the Blue Blush presentation case and a wide-tooth comb included, you'll also get a 'Party Favours' bag thrown in for free with this purchase.
The bag includes minis of some of our favourite beauty products: Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Cream, Glow Recipe's Toner, the Pixi Milky Tonic and L'Occitane's bestselling Shea Butter Hand Cream. There's even more, too - that's a lot of money saved!
Our Head of Shopping, Millie Fender, says "My curly hair isn’t that long on a daily basis, but when I choose to wear it straight, it hits my shoulder blades. The Long barrels are perfect for me, but even if you have shorter hair than me I’d still recommend opting for the long barrels just for the flexibility. Luckily, all the top Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals are on the Long Complete editions, which means you’ll be able to save when you opt for the more versatile option."
It's Millie Fender here, woman&home's Head of Shopping. I know you're here for Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals, and I can attest, it's an amazing machine, but, if you're looking for an impressive saving, I would really recommend the Shark Flexstyle. I really like that it comes with a diffuser, which is great for my curly (currently frizzy) hair, and those round brushes are super sturdy.
If you've snagged a Black Friday Airwrap deal, you're going to need some hair products to get the most out of your new toy. My #1 recommendation, as a frizzy-haired girl, is the ColorWow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray.
If you're wondering how to get the most out of your Dyson Airwrap, our Beauty Editors have some wisdom to share from years of testing and styling.
- Rough-dry your hair for a few minutes using the Coanda Smoothing Dryer. This will ensure you're only using the styling attachments to set your hair into place
- Make the most of the cool shot. This will lock curls into place after each use. You may not think it's worth the extra few seconds, but it drops a lot faster without it!
- Clean it regularly. Not many people mention this, but the Dyson Airwrap filters can block up quite fast with dust (or maybe that's just my dusty flat) - to stop this from happening, it does come with a brush that you can use to dislodge buildup for best performance
- Curl your hair in different directions. This replicates a more natural curl pattern and can stop your styling from looking too repetitive.
- Wait before brushing out. If you ensure your hair is completely cool before roughly brushing out any curls, you'll get a more bouncy and long-lasting finish.
It's time for a stock check on our Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals page. So, what's still available ahead of the big day?
You may have noticed that there are a lot of Dyson Airwrap deals right now, but they're all the same deal. That's not a bad thing though, because £80 off the Complete Styler is nothing to scoff at.
So far, it's sold out at major retailer Sephora, and we're seeing spotty stock at Argos, but it might be in stock in your area.
Here's where you can still get the Airwrap for £80 off, in stock.
- Argos: Not in stock everywhere, but check your area
- Curry's: Stock levels are strong on the £80 saving
- Dyson: Order before 9am for free next day delivery
- John Lewis: Still in stock, with the option of 2 years cover
- QVC: In stock and still on sale
You're here for Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals, but I couldn't not give this Dyson hair straightener deal a shout out. It's £100 off for the Dyson Corrale straighteners at Dyson right now; a deal that's been price-matched by John Lewis.
I use these straighteners on a daily basis, and I know our Beauty Editor swears by them for keeping her naturally curly hair sleek all through the week. If you're looking for a new pair, look no further.
I'm logging off for the evening now - got to get some beauty sleep before the Black Friday Dyson Deals officially begin! But, just before I go, this £50 deal from Boots is the cheapest Dyson Airwrap saving of the day.
While there's a chance we'll see better savings tomorrow, I'm pretty confident that these deals are going to stay consistent throughout Black Friday. We'll be back online tomorrow at 9am to keep you updated with any new savings!
I'm back! I'm logging on very early on Black Friday morning to bring you all the updates on Dyson Airwrap Black Friday deals, as and when they drop. So far it looks like the deals have remained pretty steady, with some change in stock levels - but this is sure to change as the hours pass. For now, I'll be highlighting more of the best deals you can shop today if you didn't make a purchase yesterday, as well as sharing more advice on how to make the most out of your new styler.
Dyson deals ending soon(ish)...
While there's still no money off with this deal straight from Dyson, I thought I'd highlight the fact that it seems Dyson's deals will not last until Cyber Monday (sob). The countdown on the website states that the Black Friday sale will end at 11.59PM on Sunday night (that is, the deals won't continue into Cyber Monday itself), so if you spot a great deal from the stockist itself, time is of the essence!
If you're wondering how to make Dyson Airwrap curls last, our resident hair tool tester Lucy Abberstein has some top tips for getting the gorgeous curls created with an Airwrap styler to last.
- Apply styling products to clean, wet hair so that moisturising products can work their magic in your locks. Of course, always apply a heat protectant too.
- Use a drying attachment to rough-dry your hair. If you have fine or straight hair, try rough-drying with the smoothing dryer attachment, and for those with a natural curl pattern, use a brush attachment to stretch out your curls and tackle frizz.
- Heat then cool the hair by using the right barrel for your hair texture and thickness, before blasting with a cool shot to lock the curl you just created in place. The key here is to use the Airwrap on damp hair, not soaking wet or completely dry.
- Don’t touch your hair! It may be tempting, but try to leave the hair you’ve styled until it’s all done. If you want a more natural look, brush your curls out once they’re cool.
I've spent the past couple of hours (and a fair few yesterday) trawling through all and any Airwrap deals I can find, and I've come to a conclusion. In my opinion, this Boots deal is one of, if not the best, because not only are you saving £80 with free click & collect or home delivery, and getting a gorgeous matching presentation case plus a detangling comb thrown in, you'll also receive £10 of Boots Advantage Card points with every £60 you spend.
That means you'll nab £66 worth of points with this deal, so if you're saving up points to splurge on a new beauty treat for yourself or some Christmas shopping, it's ideal. Some more girl maths for you: £66 in points + £80 in savings = £146 off. You can't argue with that.
New Dyson attachments
Our Senior Writer Amelia was invited to see the new Dyson Airwrap attachments recently, and she was impressed to find that a new Large Round Volumising Brush and a Diffuser attachment would soon be available, adding to the already vast range of ways you can use the Airwrap.
The new volumising brush will work similarly to other Airwrap attachments in that it will dry and style your hair at the same time, creating big, bouncy blowouts that will be the envy of all your friends. And now that Dyson will offer an Airwrap attachment of a diffuser for curly hair, too, curly girls will essentially be able to own one do-it-all dryer and styler that will make their lives so much easier.
If you’re new to your curly hair journey or have never used a diffuser before, you might be wondering the best way to use one - so here’s my curly hair routine (including how I diffuse) that absolutely no-one asked for!
If you have a looser curl pattern or are wondering how to make curls last longer, a curly hair gel could also be a good idea (don’t be scared of the crunchiness - you just need to scrunch it out when it's completely dry!) When your hair is about 30% dry, it’s time to diffuse…
Top diffusing tip: if your hair is prone to frizz like mine, ‘hover diffuse’ on a medium speed and low/medium heat with the diffuser held a little bit away from the roots. Once your roots are fairly dry, you can turn the speed and heat down low, and start cupping the ends of your hair into the bowl of the diffuser, bringing them up to your scalp. Et voilà, you’re done!
This just in: the official Dyson store on eBay have slashed the price of a refurbished Airwrap Complete in the Nickel/Copper colourway. Refurbished Airwraps only come with a one-year guarantee, but they have been thoroughly checked and tested to ensure they're basically good-as-new. It still comes with all the attachments you'd get buying a brand new Airwrap, as well as the chic presentation case.
I’m sure you’ve heard it again and again, but it’s true - one of the best heat protectant sprays is essential for protecting your hair from heat, even when you’re using a gentle styler like the Airwrap. This Dr Paw Paw spray claims to ‘do it all’, working as a leave-in conditioner as well as a heat protectant and detangling spray. I don’t know about all that, but I do know that my dry, curly hair loves it.
Buying a refurbished hair tool can feel scary, especially when it's still a big investment even with such a slash in price. But there's no need to worry - this is what the Dyson store states on eBay about how it refurbishes items...
"Refurbished by experts: Products are repaired or reconditioned to 100% functionality by vetted sellers or the manufacturer. Multi-point inspections: Every product goes through extensive testing to make sure it meets the highest standards per condition."
Should you buy an Airwrap today?
The answer to this is basically dependent on where you want to buy from. If you want to get your Airwrap straight from the source, Dyson has confirmed that Black Friday deals won't last until Cyber Monday, so we highly recommend shopping as soon as possible.
If you want to shop from another stockist such as Boots, Argos or John Lewis, we're expecting the deals to last a little longer. Argos says that the deals end on the 28th (which is Tuesday), and while Boots and John Lewis don't specify, both stockists confirm that Black Friday weekend is here, meaning we would be very surprised if the deals suddenly stop at the end of today.
As a Shopping Writer, I've been checking and refreshing the deals near-constantly for the past 4.5 hours, and I can confirm that the deals we've found haven't really changed that much, other than a couple of new incentives being added and those new refurbished offers.
Ebay deal now sold out for a second time...
Hi! Millie Fender (Head of Shopping for w&h) logging on again for another shift on our Dyson Airwrap Black Friday live coverage.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the amazing half-priced Airwrap deal at Ebay has sold out once more. If you were lucky enough to snag one, it's the best saving we've seen on a refurbished model this Black Friday.
Rest assured, if it comes back in stock I'll let you know.
Can you buy the Dyson Airwrap at Amazon?
It's pretty tricky to find something you can't buy at Amazon, but unfortunately for anyone with Prime membership, the Airwrap is one of those rare items.
Although you technically can find the Airwrap on Amazon, it's sold through a third-party seller that currently has it listed for a massive £849. So my advice? Steer clear of Amazon and take a look at the direct Dyson site for £80 off.
Does the Dyson Airwrap reduce heat damage?
The Dyson Airwrap claims to reduce heat damage, but is this really true?
As someone who's owned the Airwrap for over a year, I can attest that my hair is in great condition considering how often I use my styler. The Airwrap monitors its heat 40 times a second, with an upper limit of around 150°C. So while it won't reduce damage compared to simply air-drying, it's significantly better for your hair than using a curling wand or straighteners, which use hot metal directly on your hair as opposed to styling using hot air.
Even so, I do recommend investing in a heat protectant spray to make sure your hair is protected. The Dyson Airwrap still goes up to 150°C after all.
Hi all! I'm Amelia (w&h's senior beauty writer), here to keep you up to date with the latest Airwrap deals and advice for the next few hours. I have had my Airwrap for over a year and it works wonders for my dry, frizzy, bleach-damaged hair - and I've learned a lot about the best products to use with it, as well as how other hair tools on the market compare. But if you're currently weighing up the difference between the Complete and Origin Airwrap models on offer, this is what I think about which you should invest in...
Which Airwrap model should I buy?
The two may not seem all that different on the surface, but one will almost certainly work better for your hair type than the other. The Origin will work best for naturally straighter hair or for those who want to create curl and bounce, as it is more limited in the attachments it offers and is geared mainly towards drying and curling.
If you have naturally curly, frizzy, or hard-to-manage hair, you will probably want to use the smoothing attachments that come with the Complete. I use these brush attachments to take my hair from wet to straight after washing, and it saves me so much time by killing two birds with one stone.
You can buy some of the attachments separately, and Dyson has recently released a diffuser and a bigger round brush to make the tool even more versatile. However, at £30 a pop, you may end up saving more money by opting for the Complete over the Origin by the time you've bought a couple of extra attachments.
If you are still slightly unsure about splurging on an Airwrap, or you're in the market for a simpler hair tool that will give you similar results, our beauty team have tried out countless Dyson Airwrap dupes. The Revlon Volumiser brush has to be one of the most well-loved, and also one of the cheapest, with a great discount this Black Friday.
Whether you've already gone to checkout or your Airwrap is still hanging tight in your basket, this is one of the styling products I always recommend to use with it. I reviewed the Olaplex Volumising Blow Dry Mist when it launched and the results were seriously impressive.
The Airwrap is back in stock at Currys!
Hurry, the Airwrap is back in stock at Currys! This only just came back in, and it probably won't hang around for long. The Currys site is especially busy this afternoon, so you'll want to move fast.
The Dyson Black Friday sale duration has changed...
Dyson had previously stated that Black Friday deals would end at 11.59PM on Sunday night - but the countdown on site now says that deals will end in just over 10 hours time (or while stocks last). We can only imagine that this sudden change in duration is due to stock selling more rapidly than expected, so this could be one of your last chances to shop direct via Dyson.
