Perrie Edwards broke down in tears during one of Little Mix's final performances, after revealing she was warned not to perform by doctors.
Despite the pop singer suffering from a throat infection, she still delivered a wonderful performance alongside Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall at London's O2 Arena.
The top-selling band are due to give their penultimate performance at the famous venue before going on hiatus.
Mum-of-one Perrie, 28, complained about suffering from her illness but was still determined to perform for her fans.
She told the packed crowd during the show: "I have a bit of a throat infection, and my doctor was like, 'You shouldn't be singing, you shouldn't perform.'
"I said: 'Tough!' I said there is no way I am missing out on London's O2. Can you imagine? I said, ‘Don’t worry, doc. Our crowds will sing every single line."
Later on, Perrie broke down in tears of joy as she expressed her gratitude to Little Mix's fans.
Speaking with watery eyes, she said: "You are incredible.
“We are so thankful. And we are grateful to you guys as well for making this the most amazing ten years of our lives.”
And she wasn't the only one got swept up in the emotions - bandmate Jade also broke down while speaking to the audience.
"It’s so nice being out here and seeing all your faces," she said.
“Can you believe it has been over ten years of Little Mix?
“We have been through everything together, all the ups, all the downs, we’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, we’ve got through some of the darkest moments in our lives together.

“We have created some of the most incredible memories. The sisterhood and the bond that we have will last forever.”
The X Factor-born band announced they were going to take a break from performing last year, but it isn't the end of Little Mix.
Perrie previously remarked that the band will definitely come back in a few years.
