Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock and her football ace fiancé Andre Gray are topping up their income thanks to a successful property flipping company.
The 30-year-old chart topping star may have already racked in millions thanks to her huge single and album sales – not to mention Little Mix tour sales – but she and her Queens Park Rangers husband-to-be, who is said to have a £3.6 million contract, are set to be even richer.
The couple have reportedly already been making profits by snapping up properties, renovating them, and selling them on for hundreds of thousands of pounds more than what they bought them for.
While the couple – who became proud parents to twin babies last year – have been giving insights and updates on their Grand Designs style property makeovers via social media.
Birmingham Live reports that 30-year-old Andre has established a company called G&A Organisations Ltd and is listed on Companies House as a director.
One property shown on the G&A Organisations Ltd shows a red brick fronted property being transformed into a modern home.
A post shared via the GAOrgLtd Instagram account states: “We are nearly there!!!
“Finishing the last few touches inside now along with the front door and render being finished, so hopefully all complete within the next couple of weeks and ready to be someones new home.”
Discussing another property, estate agent Trevor Kearney told Birmingham Live: "New Instruction - £4.95m - I am thrilled to launch this amazing family home to the market today; it was my first pitch of 2021 and I absolutely love it! This is a seller...
"The house has been thoughtfully designed to create a wonderful blend of impressive formal entertaining space as well as flexible accommodation for family life and a floor dedicated to leisure; the games room and cinema are absolutely amazing.
"'I am really excited about this one going live and helping the wonderful owners find their next dream home... this will be sold in January I am sure, there is nothing like it at this price range in such a prestigious location."
While the price points of the properties have been dramatically different from when they are bought and sold.
The Sun claims the business bought one property in Wolverhampton for £177,000 – only to put it back on the market after renovations for more than double the original cost at £365,000.
Leigh-Anne and Andre will no doubt be glad of some extra cash as they are yet to enjoy a wedding together – and now have extra mouths to feed.
The pair welcomed their children last August and have continued to keep the gender and names of their bundles of joy a secret.
However, Leigh-Anne has proudly gushed about how the pair have changed her life.
In a TikTok post shared via her social media channels earlier this month, Leigh-Anne declared: “Never known a love like it," with a red heart emoji as she shared the footage to the delight of fans.
