Little Mix got emotional as they reflected on their 10-year career in their last TV interview before their break.
The girl group - which includes Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock - previously announced they'd be going on a break after their Confetti tour wraps. Their final show this weekend in London will be streamed across the country.
Appearing on The One Show, the women discussed their new life as mums as well as the special set of shows they had been doing for fans all across the country. They also reflected on their amazing career and favourite songs from their huge back catalogue of music.
Chatting to Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas, the trio discussed their glittering career.
Asked by a fan what they'd miss about being a group, Jade was close to tears as she told the hosts: "Oh gosh, don't start me off. I'm already emotional. We honestly cry and laugh every day. We genuinely spend all our time together.
"We will miss that. That sisterhood will stay obviously but I'll miss them being next to me 24/7."
Fans of the girl group tuning into the show were equally emotional.
"Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne look so beautiful. So proud of them they changed my life so much aww I'm gonna be in tears on Saturday night at the cinemas #TheOneShow @LittleMix x" one wrote.
A second added: "IM CRYING THAT MADE ME SO EMOTIONAL:(( @LittleMix #TheOneShow," with a third emotional fan sharing online: "STOP TELLING US ITS LITTLE MIXS LAST INTERVIEW #TheOneShow."
The trio announced their break back in December 2021, months after Jesy Nelson quit the band.
"We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year we are going to be taking a break from Little Mix. It’s been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break so we can recharge and work on some other projects," they said in a statement.
"We can’t thank you enough for your love and never-ending support since the beginning. We love you all SO much."
However, the group were keen to confirm it would not be a permanent end and they weren't splitting up.
"We are not splitting up - Little Mix are here to stay We have plans for more music. We’ve made so many incredible memories with you all, and we can’t wait to make so many more," they explained, "We’re sisters and we’ll always have each other and you, the fans, in our lives. Little Mix is forever See you on tour! Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie x."
