Disney legend Jodi Benson has reflected on Ariel’s enduring legacy nearly four decades after first voicing the beloved Disney princess in The Little Mermaid.
The 1989 animated film helped usher in the House of Mouse’s so-called “Renaissance”, sparking a new era of hit animated musicals including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King.
