‘Little ground for optimism’ after latest Ukraine talks, warns Russia

There is “little ground for optimism” over talks to solve the crisis in Ukraine, Russia has warned.

This comes amid heightened tensions in the region, caused by the build-up of more than 100,000 Russian troops near its border with Ukraine.
