Manchester United are back in action this weekend as the Premier League season draws ever nearer.

Erik ten Hag's side will travel to Norway to face Atletico Madrid on Saturday before facing Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford on Sunday. United enjoyed a positive pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia earlier this month.

Liverpool, Melbourne Victory and Crystal Palace were all beaten by Ten Hag's new-look side, while United were denied by a late equaliser against Aston Villa which denied them a fourth straight victory. Ten Hag's options this weekend have been boosted by the signing of Lisandro Martinez, while Christian Eriksen, who joined during the pre-season tour, is also available.
