A new development currently underway in Linwood will see 28 homes built.
The Napier Grove homes, being constructed by Merchant Homes, will comprise a range of two and three-bedroom homes.
The development is the product of a collaboration between Merchant Homes and housing association Sanctuary Housing.

It will see a number of “affordable homes” built on the site, featuring a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, situated in the village’s Napier Street, close to the Linwood bowling club.
Merchant Homes say that the development will be complete early in 2024.
