Linfield have announced the signing of Rangers winger Jake Hastie on loan until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old joins fellow Ibrox arrival Chris McKee who joined the Blues two weeks ago.
Former Scotland Under 21 international Hastie - who can play wide left - spent the first half of this season on-loan with Scottish Championship club Partick Thistle.
The former Motherwell Academy graduate has previously had spells with clubs including Airdrie, Alloa and Rotherham.
Linfield manager David Healy told the club's website : "I am to announce the signing of 23 year-old wide player Jake Hastie on loan from Rangers until the end of the season.
"We’ve been in discussions with Jake over several weeks and I’m delighted to have finally got this Ioan deal concluded.
"Jake will certainly strengthen the squad and give us further options over the coming months.
"He’s got plenty of experience from playing in Scotland and we are looking forward to him joining up with us next week.
"I know the news of his signing will be a real boost to the club and the supporters who will no doubt make him feel welcome and at home."
Hastie is under contract at Rangers until the end of next season but has made just two first-team appearances for the club since his 2019 arrival.
He was demoted to the Rangers Colts side before agreeing a temporary move to Maryhill in a bid to jump-start his career.
Hastie's arrival will be some welcome news for Linfield after Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Coleraine.
The loss saw Glentoran move to the top of the Irish Premiership with 13 games remaining this season.
