Lindsay Clancy was struggling badly in the months before she killed her three children and attempted to take her own life, her former mother-in-law told a Massachusetts jury Tuesday.
Susan Clancy, the mother of Lindsay’s former husband, Patrick Clancy, testified that she had become increasingly worried about Lindsay’s mental state before the January 2023 deaths. She described her former daughter-in-law as a loving and attentive mother who had been open about how difficult she was finding the period.
