Candace Owens has publicly backed Lindsay Clancy, saying she is “obviously not guilty” in the deaths of her three children. Owens blamed the doctors who treated Clancy and the psychiatric medicines she was prescribed before the January 2023 killings. Her comments have resurfaced while Clancy’s murder trial in Massachusetts is nearing its final stage. Clancy has admitted killing Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, but has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Her defense says severe postpartum psychosis and the effects of multiple medicines left her unable to understand her actions.

A 46-second clip shared by KanekoaTheGreat shows Owens explaining her view of the case. She said she reached that conclusion when Clancy was first arrested and the case became public in 2023.
