Linda Robson has admitted she has been celibate for two years.
The Loose Women stars - including Charlene White, Kelle Bryan and Denise Welch - were chatting on the lunchtime ITV panel show today when they discussed sex breaks and if they helped marriages and relationships.
Linda has been married to husband Mark Dunford for 33 years and was recently hit by claims that their marriage was in 'crisis'. She seemed to confirm things weren't 100 per cent behind closed doors as she admitted she hadn't had sex in two years.
Speaking on the show, as they discussed sex breaks, Linda said: "Can I just say I've been celibate for two years?" before Denise Welch chimed in to add: "I know, but you've got to get with it."
Linda then went on to say: "I know, you got me a lady friend," before Denise confirmed she did make the purchase.
She doubled down on her comments later, saying: "I've had no choice because I haven't had it for two years."
Linda recently opened up about her 'marriage crisis', insisting things aren't always "plain sailing".
Linda put the rumours to bed – insisting that she and Mark were ok, but admitted there were a "few hiccups".
"That’s a load of rubbish. We’re still living together. We both love our kids more than anything else in the world, obviously you have a few hiccups in every marriage," Linda shared recently to The Sun in response to the claims.
"We’ve been married 33 years so it’s not going to be all plain sailing, but we’re still together at the moment."
Back in March, sources said Linda and her husband "hit a bit of a rough patch" just before Christmas.
A source revealed: "Linda has been quite open behind the scenes about problems in her marriage. They hit a bit of a rough patch before Christmas but they’ve managed to work through it. Linda turned to her family & close friends who supported her through it all."
In the past, Linda admitted how her social media addiction nearly ended her marriage.
"It is really addictive. I was addicted to social media, do you remember? I wouldn't go anywhere without my phone. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and be looking at social media," she said in 2021, "I mean, it nearly ended my marriage because we'd be sitting watching a film and I'd be on my phone. He would be like, 'Are you going to watch with me or not?' and then he'd go out."
