A defiant Linda Nolan has received a raft of support as she begins radiotherapy after her cancer has spread to her brain.
The Mirror has revealed, with the singer's permission, she has returned to the Rosemere Cancer Centre at Preston Royal Hospital this week for treatment. Unfortunately, the centre is a place well known to her, as It is where she had her previous radiotherapy treatments for cancer in 2017 and 2005.
The singer was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2005 but got the all-clear in 2006. In 2017, cancer returned in her hip and spread to her liver in 2020.

A family source told the Mirror: "Linda was nervous about facing yet another round of radiotherapy. She’d been treated with it before and knows how physically and mentally demanding it can be.
"She’s never afraid to tackle things head on and this was no different. Even walking into the hospital with her walking stick, rather than being in her wheelchair, was an act of defiance against her cancer. She’s taking control and she means business."
On Thursday evening, Linda took to Twitter to share an update with fans. She simply said: "Day 1 of radiotherapy done, another 9 to go!" with a series of emojis.
Fans have rushed to offer their support. Sophie said: "You got this Linda", while Ryan said: "Sending love".
Robert said: "Hope it all went well Linda", and Lisa said: "Well done Linda, keep going. We all love you and won't let you down. If you want to scream and shout, do it with us if you need to xxx"
