A pre-inquest hearing into the death of Bronson Battersby, a two-year-old boy found dead next to his father’s body, has been told the child could still be alive if his dad didn’t die.
Bronson was discovered between the legs of his dead father, Kenneth Battersby, also known as Kenny, on January 9 in their home in Skegness.
