Budget supermarket chain Lidl has delighted shoppers by slashing one of its popular products to just 17p. Shoppers are calling it a huge bargain, as Tesco is charging £1 for the same thing.
Savvy shoppers at Lidl noticed you can purchase a box of five Creme Eggs for just 87p a box - at a massive discount of 71 per cent. The huge reduction in price following the Bank Holiday now means you can pick up a Creme Egg for just 17.4p when you buy them as a multi-pack.
But you will have to move quickly as stock is unlikely to last long. Chocoholics have shared their buys with the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, which is a space for shoppers to shout about their favourite bargains.
