Lidl's new reward card offers prizes if you buy fresh fruit and veg

Lidl is launching a new initiative designed to reward healthy eating among its customers by giving points and prizes to people who buy fresh fruit and veg. The Fruit and Veg Stamp Card – available via the retailer’s Lidl Plus app – will reward shoppers for their purchases of fresh fruit and vegetables from February 2 to March 1.

Customers who choose to take part will earn a stamp on their card for every £5 spent in store on fresh fruit and veg over the next month – and could win a reward of fruit and veg coupons or a £10,000 cash prize.

Lidl shoppers must complete their stamp card by collecting four stamps – each completed card offers customers one entry into the Prize Draw. The more fruit & veg customers buy, the more opportunities to win the big prize.

On entry into the Prize Draw, shoppers can snap up one of 100,000 fruit and veg coupons, and one shopper will get their hands on a £10,000 cash.

Alternatively, fruit and veg coupon winners who wish to pay it forward can instead choose to donate £1 to Lidl’s Community Fund via giving platform Neighbourly.

The offer is only available to customers who opt-in to the Prize Draw within the Lidl Plus app and scan the app whilst making a qualifying purchase.

With no limit to how many Fruit and Veg Stamps Lidl shoppers can collect over the Prize Draw period and 100,001 prizes on offer, customers enter the Prize Draw over and over again to give themselves the best shot of winning.
