Thousands of shoppers are set to descend on supermarkets across the country in the coming days ahead of Christmas. And ahead of the big shop, Lidl has announced the best time for customers to shop during the festive period.
According to Lidl, the busiest times to visit the store to shop are between 12noon and 2pm. Last year, in the week leading up to Christmas, the quietest times to shop at Lidl was between 8am and 10am, and from 6pm onwards, data has shown. The middle of the day was the busiest, with stores seeing the highest levels of footfall between 12noon and 2pm.
