Liberty: world-famous department store to open new British restaurant with ex-Da Terra chef

Liberty Da Terra

One of Britain’s most famous department stores, Liberty, is to open a new restaurant as it marks its 150th anniversary.

Seventy Five takes its name from the year Liberty was founded and will specialise in modern British cuisine, from Hampshire pork to Buckinghamshire honey.
