Liam Payne suffered a nose bleed after partying into the early hours celebrating Soccer Aid over the weekend.
The former One Direction star, 28, took on the role of England captain during the charity football match at the London Stadium on Sunday evening (June 12) and continued the celebrations at Nobu Hotel in London Shoreditch.
The newly-single singer sent tongues wagging as he was pictured departing the bash at 3am with his ex-girlfriend Danielle Peazer.
Liam looked a little worse-for-wear as he sat in the back of his chauffeured car, with dancer Danielle trying her best to keep a low profile.
But despite managing to dodge an injury on the pitch, the One Direction star suffered an unfortunate nose bleed as he headed home, after previously play-fighting with his friends at the event.
Cutting a casual figure in a white T-shirt and blue blazer, a wide-eyed Liam looked over at Danielle, 35, who tried to keep her head down.
Danielle, meanwhile, rocked flared jeans and a black leather jacket.
The 35-year-old former X Factor dancer - who dated Liam from around 2010 to 2014 - was believed to have attended the after party with her ex.
A source told the Daily Mail : "Liam has always had strong feelings for Danielle and was gutted when they split all those years ago.
"They ended their relationship on good terms and are enjoying spending time together now, including on Sunday night."
Liam and Danielle are believed to have met in 2010 when they both featured on the seventh series of the X Factor.
The musician was a contestant on the ITV series at the time, while Danielle was a backing dancer.
They're understood to have initially ended the relationship in 2012 after two years together, but reportedly dated briefly the following year before ending things again.
Meanwhile, it's certainly been a rollercoaster couple of weeks for the star in the relationship department.
It comes just a fortnight after Liam reportedly had a fling with 24-year-old model Aliana Mawla.
Prior to his rumoured fling with Aliana, the dad-of-one was engaged to model Maya Henry, 22.
However, the pair, who started dating in 2018, decided to officially part ways in April.
Last month, a source told MailOnline : "Liam and Maya are no longer together and split up for good over a month ago."
The Mirror has contacted representatives for Liam for comment.
Liam is proud dad to son Bear, five, whom he shares with ex Cheryl.
