Liam Payne was seen for the first time since he was hospitalised “with severe kidney pain” in September.

The former One Direction star sent fans into a panic when he was rushed to hospital last month after experiencing “agonising pain” while in Lake Como, Italy, where he was celebrating his one-year anniversary with his other half, Kate Cassidy.
