Only a Limerick/Cork draw and a Tipperary defeat by more than five points would see the blue and gold knocked out of the Championship.
And a win would secure a Munster final place against Clare.
Meanwhile, Limerick boss John Kiely has recalled Peter Casey for what is a winner takes all encounter against Cork, with the loser set to exit the Championship.
However, Casey was listed to start last weekend’s draw with Tipperary, but was replaced by Cathal O’Neill, who hit five points from play.
Wexford boss Darragh Egan has made two changes to his side for their encounter with Kilkenny.
It’s a huge game for Wexford hurling as if they lose and Antrim beat Westmeath, the 2019 Leinster champions will be relegated to the Joe McDonagh Cup.
Diarmuid O’Keeffe returns to midfield alongside Kevin Foley with Jack O’Connor switching to wing-forward and Cathal Dunbar and Mikie Dwyer dropping out.
Meanwhile, Dublin boss Micheál Donoghue has announced an unchanged line-up as they go after the win over Galway that would secure a Leinster final place if Kilkenny draw with or beat Wexford.
Brian Concannon is named on the bench for Galway.
In other news, Tipperary are unchanged for their encounter with Waterford at Thurles. Jason Forde is still sidelined through injury.
