GLASGOW-born singer Lewis Capaldi has revealed that he has Tourette's Syndrome.
The star went live on Instagram last night and a fan asked if he could talk about his condition.
He said he had a twitch in his shoulder, for which he had received botox injections.
Capaldi added: "I have Tourette's. I have always had it, apparently.
"I got botox in my shoulder to stop it from moving. It worked for a while and now, it's back.
"It's bad but the worst thing about it is when I'm excited, I get it, when I am stressed, I get it.
"It happens all the time, some days it's more painful than others. But, it's not that big of a deal, it looks worse than it is."
The 25-year-old also talked about how it made "so much sense" when he received the diagnosis.
During the 44-minute broadcast, he also answered fan questions about his new album Forget Me, due to be released on Friday.
