Lewis Capaldi parties with Yungblud as they chant 'f*** the patriarchy'

Lewis Capaldi has shared another hilarious video with his Instagram followers of him and rockstar Yungblud. Lewis begins the clip filming closely to his face as he says: "F******* f*** the patriarchy" mimicking the thick Doncaster accent of his famous pal - whose real name is Dominic Richard Harrison.

The 26-year-old Scots star then pans the camera to the Parents singer, who holds up a can of beer and repeats what Lewis said. Lewis then turns the camera back to him and says: "It's like morally obvious"

He begins to slur his words and says: "Hey I love both of them, I'm bridging the gap." The singer then posted a second clip of Yungblud, captioned: "I love this man @yungblud."

The pair seemed to be enjoying their Monday night (Instagram)

In the latter clip, Lewis can be heard, again mimicking his friend: "All right f******* lads it's f****** YUNGBLUD. "Aye, I'll tell you something," he then begins singing Yungblud's song God Save Me, But Don't Drown Me.

The Scottish funnyman then tells the musician: "No don't do that, you're the best, you're the coolest m***********, the nicest m*********** in music. Don't ruin it." He finishes the footage with a snap of the two, looking very merry.

And in his usual joking manner, he signs off with a picture captioned: "The most important artist of the 21st century."

It comes as Lewis returned to the UK last week. The Glasgow-born singer has been on tour in North America ahead of the release of his upcoming album ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent’ which will be released on May 19.

His global tour kicked off in January, but Lewis has been performing in venues across the US and Canada since March. Recently, one fan asked Lewis: “Genuine[ly] how are you feeling coming to the end of tour?” to which Lewis responded in a video: “If I'm being honest, it’s been a great tour, and I've had a great time but with three more shows left that I'm gonna give my all for I f***ing can’t wait to go home. Seven weeks is too long. I've been suffering.”

This story was followed by another fan question that read: “favourite thing about being a musician?” Lewis sarcastically replied: “Being away from my family and friends and home comforts for such a long period of time.”
