Chelsea defender Levi Colwill will wait to see who the next Chelsea manager is before deciding his future at the club, according to reports. The 20-year-old has been tipped to appear in the first team next season after impressing on loan at Brighton.
Colwill has made 17 appearances for the Seagulls this season after temporarily joining in the summer. It's his second loan spell away from Stamford Bridge after helping Huddersfield Town to the Championship play-off final last term.
His performances in the Premier League have seen him attract interest from the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City. Despite the interest, it is understood that Chelsea are keen to implement him into the first-team squad for the 2023/24 season.

However, according to The Athletic, Colwill will not make a decision on his future in SW6 until Chelsea have appointed a permanent replacement for Graham Potter.
Frank Lampard's return on an interim basis isn't expected to be extended further at the end of the season after the Blues icon lost his first three games. Julian Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique continued to be considered, with the club hierarchy taking their time in the decision-making.
Chelsea currently possess a number of options in defence: Thiago Silva, Benoit Badiashile, Wesley Fofana, Kalidou Koulibaly, Trevoh Chalobah, Marc Cucurella and Cesar Azpilicueta. However, they have suffered with injuries throughout the season and have conceded 33 goals in the Premier League.
Colwill has two years on his contract in the capital, but the report claims that the lack of first-team outings has hindered the club's hopes of retaining his services.
The future of Colwill is expected to be monitored throughout the upcoming months, with the England Under-21 international fitting the required quota of homegrown talent.
