Les Dennis appeared to make a cheeky dig at ex-wife Amanda Holden after she posted sultry photos online.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge took to Instagram to share a series of pics from a recent trip to Paris.
Posing in a short red dress, the 52-year-old shared a snap of herself drinking a cocktail at a bar.
In another picture, Amanda lets loose and drapes herself over a piano in a nod to a similar scene from the 1989 movie The Fabulous Baker Boys starring Michelle Pfeiffer.
She captioned the post: “Making Whoooopie” in a reference to the song Pfeiffer sings in the film.
Fans were quick to comment underneath with one saying: “Mum gone wild in Paris.”
Another wrote: “One of my favourite films of all time. Next time I’m at the piano...”
“Legs for days,” wrote a third, while a fourth added: “No Holden back here” in a reference to her Instagram name.
Over on his own social media hours later, ex-husband Les tweeted a photo of himself looking in the mirror in what looked like a dressing room.
In an apparent response to his former wife Amanda's glam trip, the 69-year-old captioned the post: “Not in Paris. In Leicester.”
His followers were quick to notice the reference to Amanda’s post, with one writing: “Ooo burn!”
“And everyone likes you 1000000000x more times than her,” another commented.
“Way to go Les, you are an amazing person, better than that somebody in a city in northern France,” tweeted a third.
A fourth added: “I think you win the internet today Les. I doubt you can get a good curry in Paris either.”
While a fifth said: “Brilliant @LesDennis if you know you know.”
Les and Amanda were married in 1995 when she was 22 years old and he was 40.
But although they lasted eight years, it was Amanda’s highly publicised affair with Men Behaving Badly star Neil Morrissey that led to their divorce.
In 2000, Amanda cheated on Les with Neil, while starring in Happy Birthday Shakespeare on BBC .
Amanda has always spoken highly of Les and since revealed that it was the "worst time of her life".
She told Daily Mail: "I brought it on myself, I appreciate that, but nothing will ever be as bad again. It was a very dark time. It got to the point where I felt I could hardly breathe.
"Les proved to be my saviour. Ironically. So the person I'd hurt the most in the world was the one who was there for me."
Previously, Amanda revealed she doesn't think women have affairs for no reason.
She said: "I don't believe women have affairs for no reason. Neil, rightly or wrongly, got loads of stick. I feel like it was my fault - I was the one who was married."
She added to Good Housekeeping: "I want to change the general perception of him, as he was very caring and very loving and very worried about me because I lost so much weight. He used to cook for me and look after me and babysit the dogs."
Since their split, Amanda went on to marry record producer Chris Hughes and the pair share two daughters, Lexi, 17, and 11-year-old Hollie.
While Les is now happily married to third wife Claire Nicholson, who is 18 years younger than him like Amanda was.
