Les Dennis: Dinnerladies stage show will take people back to pre-social media

British actor Les Dennis has said the stage adaptation of Victoria Wood’s Dinnerladies will take audiences back to a pre-social media era.

The 72-year-old will step into the role of the opinionated but well-meaning maintenance man, Stan, in a new stage adaptation of the beloved 90s sitcom.
