Leona Maguire hilariously roasted Niall Horan's golf skills on the Late Late Show on Friday night.
The Cavan golfer spoke to Ryan Tubridy about her childhood, career and family just a couple of weeks after becoming the first Irishwoman to win an LPGA event.
Maguire is managed by golf management company Modest, which Horan founded.
The Westmeath native was due to also appear on the show, but pulled out due to feeling unwell.
When asked about the singer's golf skills, the 27-year-old said: "He's obsessed with golf. He loves the game. It's fantastic to have him as part of my team.
"He's a good golfer. He's good for what he needs to be. He's golf mad. He plays all the time.
"It's maybe a few years now since I played with him. He's definitely been working on his game.
"He's about a seven or eight handicap so he's pretty handy. He can hold his own."
Tweeting after the show, Maguire said: "He’s a better golfer than I am singer that’s for sure."
Viewers took to social media to have a laugh at Horan's expense.
One said: "This is too funny! I'd say Niall can't defend himself since he's not well, but I have a feeling he'd agree with Leona anyway."
