Lenskart shares block deal: Alpha Wave Ventures II likely to sell 1.2% stake worth Rs 1,313 crore

Alpha Wave Ventures II, an existing investor, is likely to divest shares worth up to ₹1,313 crore in Lenskart Solutions through the stock exchanges' screen-based trading platform. According to exchange data, Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP held 2,12,39,111 shares, representing a 1.22% stake in Lenskart Solutions as of the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP plans to divest up to 20.8 million Lenskart shares, or about 1.2% of the company's existing shares, at ₹630 per share. The floor price reflects a 1.7% discount to Lenskart's closing price of ₹640.60 on the NSE on August 27, 2026.
