Leinster have snapped up the Crusaders' backs coach Andrew Goodman to replace Felipe Contepomi.
Goodman, like Argentina-bound Contepomi before him, returns to the province as a coach having played for Leinster previously.
As an out-half and centre, the Kiwi made 17 appearances for Leinster between 2012 and 2014, winning a Celtic League and the Challenge Cup.
