Will Connors has been ruled out of action for the rest of the season due to a knee injury.
The flanker picked up the injury during Leinster's recent 29-27 defeat to Cardiff.
Both Rory O'Loughlin (illness) and Vakh Abdaladze (neck) are awaiting further assessment this week before a decision is made on their involvement against in Friday's clash with the Lions.
