Leeds will propel themselves away from the Premier League danger zone if they can build on what was undoubtedly their best performance of the season against Arsenal at the weekend.
Leeds haven't picked up maximum league points since their 3-0 win over Chelsea in August but they shouldn't be fearing a trip to the King Power, where the hosts have managed just a solitary victory all season.
Jesse Marsche's side are 2/1 chances with Betfred to snap their winless run and inflict further misery on a Leicester side languishing in the bottom three. The hosts are 11/8 while the draw is 13/5.
The visitors may not have picked up any points on Sunday but they will surely take a huge amount of confidence from the way that they played. No side has caused Arsenal more problems all season, so much so that a Leeds xGF of 2.2 is even bigger than what Manchester United generated when they beat the league leaders 3-1. The Gunners, for their part, were restricted to an xGF of just 0.5 - their lowest attacking output of the season.
The big quesiton for Leeds is whether they can back that up having put so much into the game. They haven't managed a single road victory this season and haven't picked up a point on their travels since drawing at Southampton on August 13.
That said, there was plenty to like about their performance down at Crystal Palace where Leeds probably did enougn to come away with a point, and they have been scoring on the road even without Patrick Bamford, who is now back in the swing of things despite his penalty miss at the weekend.
Leicester haven't kept clean sheets in their last two home games but Palace barely lifted a leg there on Saturday in what turned into a proper bore-fest, while bottom of the table Forest created some big moments despite going down 3-0.
Leicester City vs Leeds United predictions
Leicester have the attacking players to cause Leeds problems but the absence of suspended James Maddison is a huge blow and there is no doubt that if the Whites play with the sort of intensity that they have done in their last two fixtures, then there is something in this for the visitors.
Leeds are temnpting at 2/1 but a better wager is to back them to score more than one goal in the game, which is a very appealing 5/4 chance with Betfred.
