A gang of Lego -stealing women has struck again after allegedly making off with hundreds of pounds worth of the popular toys.
Officers were already hunting for three women who stole £700 worth of Lego from a shopping centre in Kent in September.
However, the manhunt has now widened following the theft of £1,400 worth of Lego in neighbouring Essex.
CCTV cameras caught two women wearing denim shorts and a man entering a toy store.
A woman believed to be in her mid-20s can be seen carrying a large box of toys out of the store without paying while wearing brown shorts and a cream jacket.
A man with dark hair and a moustache in a black-striped jumper can be seen in a separate image carrying a different box, which was also suspected to have been stolen. He was around the same age as the women.
Another suspect was caught on camera wearing an orange top, cream jacket and fraying jean shorts.
Lego products can go for hundreds of pounds, the most expensive including models of the Titanic, Colosseum, and Star Wars spaceship the Millennium Falcon.
Smyths Toys Store in West Thurrock, Essex reported two Lego sets worth a total of £1,400 were stolen.
Kent and Essex police are working together to identify the suspects.
The suspected theft in Essex comes after the incident in Broadstairs, Kent on September 2.
CCTV footage captured three women with ponytails wearing denim hot pants in the Kent store and police are asking for anyone who can identify them to come forward.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: "We are investigating the theft of high-value goods from a shop in Broadstairs.
"Two large Lego sets were stolen from a commercial premises in a retail park in Margate Road.
"We are now able to issue CCTV images of three women we would like to identify and speak to as they may have information which could assist enquiries."
An Essex police spokesperson said: "We are looking to identify the people in these CCTV images, who we want to speak to in connection with this investigation.
"If you know who they are, or have any information which could help, please contact us."
