A bench comprising Chief Justice of India Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and N V Anjaria took note of the plea after senior advocate Nizam Pasha, appearing for leaders of the CPI and CPM, requested urgent intervention.
Pasha informed the court that despite complaints being filed with the authorities regarding the video, no FIR had been registered so far. He urged the court to step in, citing the seriousness of the matter.
